Who Are You: In our current incarnation we are The Present. Between us we have been in more bands than we care to count, so some of the older gig goers in the area may recognise some of us...
Why Should We Come and See You: With the exception of maybe our first gig together, we always get people in the crowd up and dancing. Our live performances are full of energy, and until we downsized recently, there was always the chance of seeing the bass player fall off the stage, or get tangled up in flailing arms (or dreadlocks). We leave the audience humming our tunes, even the Heavy Metal Fans and the hippies can find something in amongst our repertoire to like.
For Fans of / Sounds Like: We have struggled to pin this one down. As the band is a mix of Indie Music, Punk and Rock, with a liberal dosing of the Velvet Underground we have yet to find someone who can say "There, X is what you are." The best thing you can do is to come and see us, and make your own mind up. Some day, someone will pigeon hole us, and so long as its not "Like a trash can being thrown down an alley, I don’t think we’ll mind!"
