Rates:
Our management fee is 50% of the first month's rent, and 10% of monthly rent
collection for property management services.
This includes:
- Collection of rents.
- Service of tenant notices.
- Repairs handled as owner directs.
- Emergency repairs handled 24 hrs, 7 days a week.
- Arranging advertising at vacancy.
- Showing properties available for rent.
- Screening applications, writing of lease agreement, addenda, collection
of deposits, and transfer of utilities.
- Regular inspections.
- Deposit refund evaluation and statement.
- Preparing property for re-rent.
- Monthly disbursements of funds by electronic transfer or check.
- Monthly statement to owner(s) (available on paper and/or online).
- You decide the amount of management desired.
Other Services Available:
- Lease Only: For owners who want to manage his own property but needs
assistance on the rental process: 5% of the annual rent at leasing signing.
