Noizchild’s Experiment
On August 17th 2002, Noizchild set up an experiment. Pair the Gorillaz couples with different mates. The experiment went well. Here is a full report:
August 17th 2002. Noizchild turned on her video camera and began taping herself. “Konnichiwa all. I’m Noizchild and I have an experiment today.” she said. “I’m going to mix around the Gorillaz couples and get a report of how it went. This will be fun! *Smile*”
    *A week later*
The Gorillaz couples were sitting in the lobby. Noizchild walked in cheerfully. They all looked up. “So.” said she. “How was it?” The chatter immediately started. “Whoa! Whoa! Slow down! One at a time!” Noizchild said quickly. Silence rushed in. The matchmaker sat down. “Now.” said she. “One at a time, how were your dates?” The couples were silent. Then Dolly spoke up. This is what she said:
    *About date with 2-D*
“My 1st date sucked! The guy was a sap!”

Noiz: So, where did you go?

    Noiz: And?

Dol: First, we ordered our drinks. I wanted Shirley Temple. It took the waitress ten minutes to bring our drinks!

    Noiz: What wrong with that?

Dol: As a bartenderss, drinks shouldn’t take ten minutes long to make. And there weren’t a lot of people there either. I grew impatient. So I stood up and started yelling at the tenders. The pansy grew nervous. He tried to calm me down.

Noiz: *In writing* 2-D doesn’t want to be embarrassed by loud girl. *To Dolly* Keep going I’m listening.

Dol: Finally, the waitress brought our drinks. Only, I got Scotch. So me and the waitress got into a fight. I cussed her out.

    Noiz: Ohhh! Then what happened?

Dol: D tried to calm me down again. I bit his head off. So he suggested we leave. I agreed and we left.

    Noiz: And then?

Dol: We went to the movies. His movie choice was boring. After that, we went home without saying a single word.”

“I see.” said Noizchild as she wrote down her last notes. She looked up. “Who wants to go next?” Noiz asked. Silence came again. Then 2-D began to speak. This is what he said:
“It was okay, I guess. Dolly was too loud though. When I picked out a zombie movie, she looked unhappy.”
“Uh-huh.” said Noizchild. She finished her notes and looked up. “Who’s next?” the matchmaker asked. Murdoc spoke up. That is what he said:
“Well Sushi, my date was stupid. Destinee acted scared of me. She kept trying to avoid me. She panicked and ran to the bathroom. I waited and waited. At last, I was like screw this and left.”
“I don’t blame her.” Noizchild grumbled as she wrote out her notes. “What was sushi?!?” the bassist snapped. “Oh nothing.” Noiz said sweetly. “Next.”
So the aftermath went on. Destinee was warned of Murdoc by Reese. When the bassist heard hat, he started towards her. 2-D tried to stop him but Murdoc got him instead. Russel had to pull the bassist off. 2-D’s date with Destinee wasn’t but as exciting as it would with Reese. Destinee thought the same. Dolly and Russ were bored with each other. Reese and Murdoc hated their date.
“So.” said Noizchild at last. “What did you all think of this experiment?” Boy! Did she get an earful! “*Sweat drop* I was expecting a nicer response!” Noizchild thought.
Lesson Learned: DON’T MIX COUPLES UP!!!!! EVER!!!!!!
