"Dead Man's Fault"

Life... a battle waged high and low.
The higher the rung, you become the foe.
At bottom, deep and murky too.
You exist in not knowing what to do.

Have I reached bottom, I cannot tell.
It's deep and dark, an abyss, not a well.
Going through, my head held high.
One counts on those, he cannot rely.

To play a game, you just can't win.
One man's good...another man's sin.
You walk a thin, a fragile line.
Ignoring every warning sign.

For good or bad, happy or sad.
The animal called MAN, is truly mad.
Dealing his surroundings a brutal assault.
Blaming his brother, claiming no fault.

Do as I say, not as I do.
The crime's not mine,I say it was you.
I care not, who's to blame,
All men created, all men the same.

So...don't give a damn,
Blame it on SAM.
Or, have you forgot....
He lies in his PLOT.
