Responsibilities include, but not limited to, sales, marketing, merchandising, home theatre system design and set-up customer acquisition and service. Delivered training on sales techniques and product knowledge to staff and a number of locations in Toronto, Scarborough, and Brampton.
- Designed, installed and set-up sound rooms for Sony, Harman Kardon, JBL, Mission, Pioneer and Bose.
- Achieved the highest gross margin of any associate or manager.
- Designed and set-up Kenwood THX theatres in three (3) Superstores, Toronto, Scarborough, and Mississauga.

Store Manager / Department Manager / Sales Associate
Responsibilities include, but not limited to, sales, marketing, merchandising, home theatre system design and set-up customer acquisition and service. Delivered training on sales techniques and product knowledge to staff and a number of locations in Toronto, Scarborough, and Brampton. Managing a staff of four full-timers, and one part-time employee.
- Achieved the highest gross margin of any associate or manager or chain store in my division.
- Designed and set-up audio and video systems.
- Promoted to Associate Manager, Sheppard location in August 1991.
- Promoted to Associate Video Department Manager, Yonge / Dundas location March 1991.
- Transferred to Associate Video Department Manager, Kennedy Superstore location in May 1992.
- Contributed significantly to Superstore achieving quota for the first time in fifteen(15) years.
- First and only employee to sell One Thousand (1000) Hitachi VHS cameras to a single customer.
- Promoted to Car Audio Manager for Dufferin Superstore location in October 1992.
- Promoted to Centre Floor Department Manager in November 1992, after achieving 125% quota in Car Audio department.
- Promoted to Assistant Store Manager for Dufferin Mall location in December 1992. Managing three (3) departments as one (Car Audio, Computers and Centre Floor).
- Awarded a FORD Escort as Top sales person, or Manager, at the First Consumer Electronics Show (Sky Dome) in March 1994. The C.E.S. took place in February of that year.
- Promoted to Store Manager of a newly opened chain store at Brampton Shopper's World in March 1994.

I was promoted to Assistant Store manager in the fall of 1987, of the Bay / Bellair Strs. location in Yorkville, Toronto.
As Assistant Store manager, I was top sales associate for thirteen (13) months, setting records for highest daily and monthly sales.
