Share soft a single drop with me. For innocence new born, all may see. A salted wash run along your cheek. In happy times, we all choose to seek. A river tides flow, when woes are near. Thresholds pain breaches, emotions sear. Trickle now, surprised, by rear gift. Of joys fatigue, the race won swift. An out-pour, like rain, at graveside stance. In jubilant occasions, the wedding dance. Moments exhilarate to lamentation song. Shed single soft drops, for what is wrong. Alone, no saline e'er stain thy cheek. Of sound or word, that no ear seek. Wash blood, sweat, grime, visage of war. In the twilight years on memoir's shore.
