Potato Pancakes

Ingredients :
cold water
4 large potatoes (peeled)
1 small onion
2 eggs

In hot skillet with the oil (bacon fat is better) drop in mixture by amounts of whatever size you want cakes to be. Flatten down mounds and cook about 4 minutes+ per side . ( or till golden brown as they say. )
