Aaron Carter's having a party ... a concert-sized party. The 13-year-old Carter, younger sib to The Backstreet Boys' Nick Carter, will bring all his uptempo bells and whistles -- along with openers 11:30 and Carter's sister Lisa -- to the Congress Centre March 9 at 7 p.m., supporting his second release, Aaron's Party (Come Get It).

Carter first established his popularity overseas by being the youngest singer to have four Top 10 singles in England, breaking a record previously held by Jimmy Osmond. Carter became an international sensation by touring with the Backstreet Boys and Britney Spears.

In other concert news, tickets go on sale Saturday at Ticketmaster and at the NAC box-office for rock 'n' roll pioneers The Everly Brothers, who perform at the National Arts Centre May 18. Showtime is 8 p.m. Tickets cost $ 55 and $ 39, plus service charges.
