Aaron Carter, 13-year-old pop star, returns to London March 8 for the first time since a crush of young fans and riled parents packed a downtown club in 1999.

This time, he's at a larger venue, Centennial Hall, along with the Montreal dance pop duo 11:30, Montreal DJ-turned-singer Ricky J and Aaron's sister, Leslie. Reserved seats, at $ 27.50 plus service charge, go on sale Saturday at 10 a.m.

Carter's 1999 show at the DV8 club in London was marred by inadequate crowd control and had angry parents demanding refunds. Promoter Siva Markandu refused, saying the concert, although delayed, had been completed.

Carter is the youngest singer to have four consecutive Top 10 singles in Britain, breaking a record previously held by Jimmy Osmond. Like Osmond, Carter comes from a showbiz family. His older brother, Nick, is one of the Backstreet Boys.

"I love Canada, I want to move here when I'm older," says Carter, who's also thinking about quitting the music business when he turns 16 and going to college to study marine biology. His latest release is Aaron's Party (Come Get It).
