Introduction

"Smile," JC said.
"No, I have nothing to smile about." Bridget said.
"Ah. Come on Bridge, I said I was sorry. I can't do anything about it now!" JC remarked.
"Josh! You've been gone for 2 years. You were my best friend -- and you deserted me!"
JC smile. It was true -- even he couldn't believe it had been two years since they'd last seen each other. But even now, after all this time, he was still crazy about her. Not that he'd ever tell her that -- much too risky.
"Bridge -- I'm sorry I haven't forgot about you, I could never do that." Bridget smiled and JC continued, "I tried to get in touch with you, but you sort of moved!"
God, she hated when he was right. After JC left to promote the first album she left Pennsylvainia to venture the Big Apple. Bridget just shook her head. "I know, I tried to get in touch with you too, but that was sort of immpossible after you left."
JC just sat there, knowing that she had a reason to be upset, but this was his career.
"Josh, seriously though," Brigdget started, "things just got hectic."
JC nodded, "I know," he said, "both of us have been busy."
Bridget just smiled and nodded. She couldn't look into his gorgeous blue eyes anymore. Even after these two years that they've been apart, she still had feelings for him. Tell him? Not a chance -- way too risky.
