Follow-up to Radio 3’s King Cutler, offering more unique insights from the incomparable Ivor Cutler.  This was probably the only programme in the history of broadcasting to include as a special feature the noise of some steps, and apparently took its name from Cutler’s somewhat fuzzy appearance when viewed around the edges with an electron microscope.
