The leader of the Elf tribe, Celcia is also their head priestess and most powerful magician. Although she, at first, seems in control of herself, she is, in fact, quite psychotic. She rather dislikes Junpei, mostly because he bugs her constantly, but also because he is the one who messed up the teleportation ceremony and made her lose the incantation. She is not very kind to others and often acts rashly, thus putting herself in ridiculous positions. She is a tall, good-looking blonde, but had to disguise herself to hide her identity from the human population thus becoming Pochi the dog.

This ridiculously aggressive little yellow dog is, fact, Celcia in her disguise. At first she was able to transform herself back, but now, to the gang's delight, she is stuck in this form (this happened when she transferred the first part of the teleportation incantation onto herself). Each time she transfers a part of the incantation on her body, a funny black mark appears. The coolest is a huge mustache! Pochie is such a psycho.
