Scotland Rugby League Stalwart Resigns

Tony Newell, the backbone behind the Rhu Raiders team has resigned after 6
years of exemplary service to the club.  Tony's resignation has come as a
complete surprise to Scotland Rugby League Chairman Clive Mason, who said, "
Tony has been a great servant to the game in Scotland and has been involved
since his playing days with the Forth & Clyde Nomads.  His commitment to
the expansion of Rugby League in Scotland is second to none." 

"I am aware that he has recently started a new job and probably feels he is unable to dedicate as much time to the club as necessary."
