Roy Silver played and coached professional baseball in the St. Louis Cardinals organization for 14 seasons. During the 1998 and 1999 seasons he managed the Tampa Bay Devil Rays Florida State League affiliate (the St. Petersburg Devil Rays).
In his playing and coaching career he has received many awards as a player and was named "Manager of the Year" on two separate occasions. He has coached some of the Game's top Major League players active today.
Roy's God-given ability to teach the basics, through patience and perseverance creates a successful strategy. He gives players a profound understanding of baseball and softball fundamentals. This teaching methodology produces competent, inspired players who can utilize these basic fundamentals on the field again and again, and in turn, can teach these principles to others.
