To get a job post a message saying that you want to work. When you're working you get 100 credits at the beginning of the next day.
To earn more money you need to become more educated. You do this by paying a fee to attend a training school. You choose when you attend to get your days in, but you won't get higher pay until you finish that level. You do not have to attend every level. If you have the money you can skip to level 2, 3, or whatever lights your incense.
