From the original Dragaera. He was the servant of the Dark Mistress, and was the only man to defeat Axe in hand-to-hand combat.
Also defeated Norman Bog. Thats a big accomplishment.
Insulted by his defeat, Axe trained and later killed Jolo. We think. I don't remember any witnesses.
