ACTIVITIES

1997-1998: Volunteer Magician for the City of Hope Foundation Fundraiser
1999-2000: Returned for a special request encore performance at the City of Hope Foundation Fundraiser

The City of Hope Foundation raises money through fundraisers to support AIDS and
cancer research.

When I was five years old, my father had taken ill to cancer. During the next few years, I used magic to escape from the illness that I was witness to. His recovery was a long and tedious process, but today he is fully recovered. Watching a person suffer with cancer is a terrible sight. By volunteering for the City of Hope Foundation Fundraiser, I was helping others with their battle against cancer. It is the same battle I had to watch my father suffer through, but I am thankful that he is still here to watch me perform my magic and bring hope and joy to others!
