Senshi Request Form

Note: Okay... even though you can't tell (at least I hope you can't ^.^;;) the Senshi Request has gone through a bit of a tune-up. =) It works now! However, just a warning - when you click "Submit", it'll bring you to a freedback.com site (that's where I got the HTML for this). Don't worry, you aren't being spammed =) There isn't a link back to the site, so you'll have to use your browser's "Back" button. I do get your forms, though - I promise. I tested it out about a hundred times myself ^_^

So send in those requests! ^_^

The first half of the form is all the mandatory stuff - the descriptions I'll need to create your Senshi, and a profile to post along with the picture on Aqua's site. =) The second half is optional - more details you can add on your character's history/bio/whatever if you haven't got a website yet.

(Psst! If you send me a drawn pic of your Senshi, that'll help a lot ^-^ But please, no other KiSS dolls =) )
