Worship
The songs accessible through the Great Southern Land Worship songs page are written by Australian Barbara Tipper with Malaysian, Indonesian and Australian friends. Barbara writes lyrics and some music but mostly collaborates with musician/composers for the music. There is a range of song types and styles from exuberant praise to prayerful worship, from instructive to liturgical, for weddings, the eucharistic feast and for children. Even some exhortation to refocus our hearts on God's kingdom rather than worldly values. All songs are scripturally-rooted.
You are welcome to access for free any song for the purpose of worship. Barbara would appreciate feedback so let her know if you have been blessed by a song, and tell her where you are using the songs and what you think of them. Your message could be displayed on our supporters page. If you want to use Barbara's song for performance or recording please contact her first.

Some words of wisdom from Michael Borges with his "musician's paraphrase" of Matthew 6:31 "Oh ye of little faith, Therefore do not worry, saying, 'How shall we promote our music? How shall we gain a larger audience? How shall we look cool on our label?' For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows the things that you need. But therefore, seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you".
