Because
of the antique character of the shop, the exhibition is mainly from works of
late painters. Many of them had lived and worked in Veliko Tarnovo and their
paintings reflect the unique atmosphere of their native town. We have paintings
of Boris Denev, Denyo Chokanov, Stoyan Vassilev, Nikola Semov, Nedyalko Karaneshev,
Angel Karaneshev, Blagoy Ivanov, Boris Popov, Grigor Spiridonov, Lalyo Minkov,
Nikola Donchev, Asen Monchev. The permanent exhibition features Veliko Tarnovo
through the eyes of the painters. We also have on store paintings of Alexander
Lazarov, Ivan Trichkov, Nikola Michaylov, Jordan Popov and some foreign masters.
We plan exhibitions of old masters and young talents as well. We are constantly
interested in buying or exhibiting paintings of the above mentioned painters
and artists.
