High Level Review
Prince goes classical. This highly original album incorporates strings, piano, and horns in a manner
that could be described as "classical tinged funk jazz pop". This album is the soundtrack for his movie Under the Cherry Moon.

Notes
In one of his more open publicity stunts, Prince holds a contest on MTV. The winner gets to have a
date with him to see the opening of "Under the Cherry Moon". The winner was Lisa Barber of Sheridan, Wyoming.
This is the last album done with the Revolution, which was expanded to include:
- Miko Weaver on guitar
- a horn section: Atlanta Bliss (trumpet) and Eric Leeds (sax)
- the "dancing bodyguards": Jerome Benton, Wally Brooks, Greg Safford.
