Normar's
Boston Red Sox
It’s time of
change in New England’s favorite baseball team. The Red Sox fired
their manager Grady Little after the skipper posted a 188-136 record
in two seasons at the helm. Little is now a scouting consultant for
the Cubs. The team inked several major stars in the off-season as the
team’s ancient rivalry with the New York Yankees incited a winter arms
race. And the arms of Boston’s pitching staff will be white hot this
summer. The team re-signed Derrek Lowe and Mike Timlin. Keith Foulke,
Nick Bierbrodt, Reynaldo Garcia and Curt Schilling join Pedro
Martinez, Tim Wakefield, John Burkett and Lowe on an All-Star pitching
staff. The team also added Pokey Reese and Ellis Burks in a fantastic
line up. Normar is definitely well-flanked this summer as Boston will
put a quality nine on the field every game. |
