History: At some point, Montparnasse's mother was a girl of good standing who was lured into the Parisian underworld of opium. Adelaide lost all contact with her wealthy family and took up residence in the opium den where Parnasse was born and spent his early childhood. He never knew his father and took to the streets at an early age, becoming one of the gamins of Paris. A desire for fine clothes, stemming from his deprived childhood, led Parnasse to his life of crime. The youngest member of the notorious Patron-Minette gang, he is extremely vain and extremely dangerous.
