As the yardstick to which all other races are compared, humans have no bonuses or penalties. They typically range between 4 1/2 and 6 feet tall, and come in all shapes and colors. Humans are the only race that can take Immortality as a character trait (see traits list). Humans are also one of the few races that do not automatically start with Slow Learner. They come from all regions of The Realms, and are free to take almost any trait, so long as they can rationalize it in their background.
