Dragon Balls
To get the Dragon Balls, you must do a quest for each Dragon Ball you wish to find, and it must be at least a 1/2 page-1 page long. After you send in the quest, it will take four days until that Dragon Ball is in your possesion. You may only search for one Dragon Ball at a time, and once you have started a quest, the only way someone else may take that Dragon Ball from you is by beating you in a battle, which must be reffed.
Earth
- Must collect all seven Dragon Balls.
- Must say chant: "Mighty Shenron, show yourself and grant my wish!"
- One wish per summoning.
- Cannot wish for immortality- Maximum pl is 5,000
- Maximum zenni that can be wished for: 1,000,000
- After the Eternal Dragon grants your wish he will disappear and the Dragon Balls will be scattered and turned into stone for one month.
- The wish cannot exceed the power of their creator.
- A person or group of people can be brought back, if they died of similar cause, unless they died of natural causes.
- Once a person has been revived, that person cannot be revived again.
Namek
- Must collect all seven Dragon Balls.
- Must say chant in Namekian language: "Mighty Porunga, show yourself and grant my wish!"
- Wishes must be said in Namekian language.
- Three wishes per summoning.
- Cannot wish for immortality. Maximum pl is 5,000
- Maximum zenni that can be wished for: 1,000,000
- After the Namekian Dragon grants your wish he will disappear and the Dragon Balls will be scattered and turned into stone for one Namek month, 20 days.
- The wishes can not exceed the power of their creator.
- Anyone can be revived multiple times.
- Only one person can be revived at once.
