It is
customary to begin casting your circle by facing East, then South, then West,
and finally North. Start by facing east and turning doesil(clockwise) as you
draw closed your circle. To move widdershins (counterclockwise) is usually
considered chaotic and not used within a circle.
This casting is very
basic. As you learn more about the Elementals you may want to add more to each
quarter.
