The Wiccan Rede outlines what we try to live by. It does not matter what path you walk, the Rede will follow.

The call to quarters brings forth the four guardians for your circle; South as Fire, East as Air, West as Water, and North as Earth. These Elementals aid in raising magick, and keep your circle safe. As the circle is closed, it is common practice practice to give thanks to these Gatekeepers and release them in the order in which they were called.

 This simple cleansing ritual can be a very spiritual experience. It can cleanse an area, bring us closer to the Goddess, and assist us when it is difficult to focus.

 Not everybody looks kindly upon us. This shielding ritual will help keep your energy burning bright.

Yes, I know - our rede says that we are to do no harm. That does not mean that we are to sit back while others do their best to destroy us. A Casting Out is not a spell to be taken lightly, but even though we do no harm, we also must protect ourselves from those who have proven themselves false, or those would would harm us.
