THE BLACK POOL
Dominion/Initiate: Available for Dominion
Focus: By swimming through a river of pure
thought on a Realm that spins helplessly through the Chaos Sea beyond the
Abyss, one may reach a mellow, calming shadow of grey fields. In the valley
ahead lies a small pool with the consistency of air, although it is buoyant
to those who swim in its warm embrace. Swimming or floating in the pool
shows no sign of passage, not even the smallest of ripples.
Initiation : Swimming out into the center
of the Pool, the initiate allows itself to sink below the unrippled water.
No fear is felt. The initiate does not drown as the black liquid fills
the lungs. The warm comfort of being safe and cherished sets the initiate
at ease. As the black liquid seeps throughout the body, it heals each scar
causing it to slowly disappear. Imperfections of birth sweat out of the
initiates skin. The black waters sweat and drop as tears from the initiate
as it rises above the waters and floats gently back to shore.
