Chad was born on February 3, 1999. At birth he weighed 7 pounds 4 ounces. Chad was born with a rare condition called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. Unfortunately, Chad also had some unforeseen lung problems.
Chad fought like the little warrior he was through 2 surgeries and months on a ventilator.
He lost his battle on Sunday, October 17, 1999 at 3:00 p.m. in his mother's arms... his favorite place to be :-).
Chad will be missed, but his departure will be celebrated by our knowing that he is no longer in pain.
To this end, I dedicate this page in his honor and memory.... Little Chad, we will always love you, little man !!

Perhaps God tires of calling
the aged to his fold,
So He picks a rosebud,
before it can grow old.
God knows how much we need them,
and so He takes but few,
To make the land of Heaven
more beautiful to view.
Believing this is difficult
still somehow we must try,
The saddest word mankind knows
will always be "good bye".
So when a little child departs,
we who are left behind,
Must realize God loves children,
Angels are hard to find.
