Maskerade
by Terry Pratchett - adapted for the stage by Stephen Briggs

Maskerade - performed by the Thalian Theatre Group Having already staged "Wyrd Sisters", "Mort " and "Men at Arms", the Thalians have chosen another one of the Pratchett popular novels for this November production.

All is not well in Ankh-Morpork Opera House. A ghost stalks the dark corridors, leaving strange letters for the management.....and killing people.

Granny Weatherwax, Nanny Ogg, and two Lancre witches investigate and are soon involved in all kinds of skulduggery, mayhem and ear-splittingly loud singing.

Terry Pratchett's phenomenally popular Discworld novel "Maskerade" has been skilfully adapted for the stage by Stephen Briggs with suitably dramatic panache. Quirky and original characters, a labyrinthine plot and numerous witty one-liners make this a treat for Discworld fans and "uninitiated" theatre-goers alike.
