Info: The colonies, which broke away form the Gigerdi Alliance, don't much like the GA anymore and have really bad relations with them, mostly the reason to this have been the resent conflicts, Section 18 and Rubek. These colonies are the same as the GA colonies except that they're not under GA control, but under IPA control. The systems can freely decide the internal affairs, but the affairs with other races, military affairs, etc. Are decided by the council.
