Here's something you won't see everyday: Bib Fortuna costume ideas. Bib's something of an eyesore as far as Twi'leks go, but he still has keen fashion sense.
Where to start...hmm. This will be based on Bib's Episode 1 costume, I like it the best. First, some notes on the Twi'lek:
Twi'lek have 2 lekku (tail-looking things) extending from the back of the head. These are fairly long, and when straightened will reach the waist. Bib's lekku are wrapped loosely around his neck, both toward the right shoulder and around the left.
Bib has a fat neck with two little ugly tentacle things hanging down from it.
Twi'lek have...sorta horn-looking growths on the forehead. Rather, Bib's are on the forehead, but they seem farther back on the female Twi'leks, who wear headband things around them.
On to the costume.
Bib wears a gold and black printed robe over a brown leather(?) tunic.
