Hair: Originally brown until severe shock turned it white.

Talents: Telepathic, and is able to see Mysterons and agents because of this. When tense and under severe stress, has been known to display telekinetic ability. Has retrometabalistic ability, garnered from accident during military operation. Since Dr. Fawn began investigating it, he has determined it is permanent, but it does retain differences to Captain Scarlets. He has an ongoing investigation to see if there are other differences. Khaki doesn't show as having been Mysteronized, since she was never killed. The reason for this is unknown at this time, Dr Fawn still studying this effect.

Personal history: Granddaughter of Robert James Gray, Earl of Warbrook, and goddaughter to Admiral Charles Grey. Mother, Charlyne, and father, Colin, divorced when she and her sister were young. Mother moved back to England, remarried Terry Metcalfe. It was there she first met a new relative, Paul. While young they chummed around a bit until Paul went to school. It was about that time her stepfather was transferred, and since both parents wanted a stable school environment, sent both Cijay(as she is know to her family) and Angel( her twin) to live with Terry's father, Malcolm, where he was ambassador, in Canada. Cijay relished the change but Angel didn't and went to live with her paternal grandparents in Australia.

While in Canada her scholastic bent shone through and she did well. She decided that since the family tradition was for the military she would join and went into the WAAF in Canada, going to Petawawa for basic and then to Cold Lake as a mechanic for the jets there. Event in mid 66 had her return from incident (unknown) and from then on she requested and was accepted as pilot after intense training by Colonel Jason Pendergast and his team (code named Polar Ice). Pendergast saw her emerging commando ability and cultivated it, producing  an unparalleled combat technician for the commandos. It was three months later Rev(Flight Commander of Firestar) died and she was chosen to head up Firestar, by the General in command for the beret teams.

Additional comments: While Westlake is still not entirely comfortable with the retrometabolistic ability, she will cooperate and has functioned well with Scarlet in a hostile situation that was part of a test for admission. Colonel White wanted to observe if she would actively resist or would use it regardless or situation. Scarlet feels that she will use it whenever  required and has stated he will help with trying to make her more comfortable with this. She has not been informed as to how to destroy a mysteron at Dr. Fawns instructions, over something she had mentioned to him.
