the last show went great. thanks to everyone who came out.
the hareste's last show will be August 14th, at 512 w. 28th street, sioux falls, s.d. at 7:00 if you'd like directions and such, write me. this will be our last show ever. sean is moving to minnesota for college, and none of us feel that he could be replaced, or that it would be worth going on with out him. thanks to everyone who has helped us out along the way... especially eclipse of eden, Love lost but not forgotten, spirit of versaillies, Pg99, clark from happy couples never last records, the examination of the ..., dances with rapture records, the whole 605 crew and 515 crew, sioux falls kids that came and saw us. des moines kids that we played shows with, sioux city kids too. terry taylor for always helping with flyers/record covers/inserts. tanner and anyone else who ever told someone we were good. --i might still update the page every once in a while, when our splits come out, and i'll check the guest book too, so keep writting us and stuff, we still have 7"s, also if you ever want them. but we're out of shirts and pins and stuff. thanks again, rock out- cjv / the hareste
ps....... the split with eclipse of eden is now going to be with 'the examination of the...' out of Des Moines. on dances with rapture records.
we wont' be playing any shows for a while because Patrick will be in England and in Ireland.
we got some funding for the Split with Eclipse of Eden so that will be out sooner then we thought.
WE're playing a show in sioux falls S.D. June 1st and we're playing a show in sioux city IA. on June 2nd.. for the address and such write to matthew or I....(see the 'contacts' page)

we played a fest in Madison S.D. with The Faint and Burns' bought their a bass from them, so we have some new equipment. rock.
the hareste recorded on Wed. the 19th. for the split 7" with eclipse of eden. it was pretty interesting... i had a sore throat, so the vocals sound alittle gruffer than the 7" but it sounds pretty brutal.
matthew burns, and i (cjv) have just composed a collection of poetry & art, and if you'd like us to send you one, just sent us a couple stamps and your address and we'll mail one off to you. they're pretty thick, like 60 some pages... so send stamps accordingly, but other than stamps they're free. and if you like the poetry on the insert of our 7" then it's the same kind of stuff... thanks~
we just got our 7"'s out, we should be going in to record again in the next few weeks for a split C.D. with Pg99 and Love Lost But Not Forgotten... which probably won't be out for a long time; and one song for a one-sided, split 7" with Eclipse Of Eden. which should be brutal.
