Bruised and angry, Van, Larva and Rinoa hopped on their wire-frame motorcycles and chased Merle all over Aneheim. Merle, on all fours, was scared to death, but she never stopped running. Suddenly, Larva realized something: it was Van's responsibility to watch over Merle!
Larva challenged Van to another duel, and
this time they fought by a fountain. They fought and fought, until
it seemed like they couldn't fight anymore. Eventually, both of them
were completely tuckered out, but Larva was still angry. Van understood
that it was his fault, and asked Larva if there was anything he could do.
Larva then had a great idea! He said Van had to...
...STRIP!! Of course, a noble man of
his word, Van agreed. Everyone loved Van's strip show, and he even
earned a few hundered bucks on the side. Surprisingly, he enjoyed
stripping so much that he decided to do it a few more times. So many
more times, in fact, that the table he regularly danced on broke!
After the strip show, Larva was happy again,
and all four of them were once again friends. To celebrate their
reborn friendship, they all went to a Mega-Pop concert! The first
act was the Genki Chicks, and they were indeed genki! They sang their
hit song, "Sexy Boy," and the crowd went wild! The four friends had
front row seats, and they had the greatest time.
The second act was even better! Much
to the four friends' surprise, Mari Ijima of Macross
fame jumped on stage and sang songs from her first English CD! The
four friends were ecstatic, and they were able to get autographs and copies
of her CD for themselves!
