OUR ANGEL GEORGIEANNA
You came to life silent as a breeze
Never to have days of comfort and ease.
You watched life going on all around
And love for you, in all did abound.
Small in size but big in heart
Life for you was no easy start.
Many were your trials and pain
But hardly ever did you complain.
Little girl, your dad you did love
But God took him to heaven above.
When to the Angels he did go
You my darling seemed to know.
Your bright eyes seemed to say
That with us you could not stay.
Not that us, you did not love
But your daddy was lonely above.
With hearts breaking we said good bye
For our Georgieanna to heaven did fly.
And though we are lonely and sad
We are happy you are with your dad.
For God to care for until that day
We will come home, with you to stay.
You have given us hope for eternal life
When all will live free from trouble and strife.
For my tiny Angel Georgieanna and her father Eddie.
May you rest in peace forever.
