This is a tribute to our children who have died over the course of 6 years, starting in 1997. Our first two children, Kae and Aurora, died late in their first trimesters. We were shaken but had hope. We did not know more tragedy was to come.

In July 1999, our son Søren died from an e-coli infection when he was 2 1/2 days old. Then in December 2000, our daughter Imogen was born with an unknown genetic anomaly causing her to be very small. Although bright and sparkly at birth, she succumbed at nearly 3 months of age to Chronic Lung Disease. Exactly one year later, our daughter Heloise, perfect in every way, was forced to be born too early. The trans-vaginal cervico isthmic cerclage holding her in place had failed. This was the first time this cerclage has failed in it's 15 year use. Heloise died during birth on her daddy's 31st birthday. We then experienced two more miscarriages who we have named Roku and Seven.

Someday, I hope to write a book about our experiences. At the moment, I am very fortunate and happy being a stay at home mum to our now 3 year old son, Magnus. Magnus was born in December 2004, perfect in every way and full of beans. He enjoys digger trucks.
