The Eastern Region of the National Cave Rescue Commission in conjunction with the Mountain State Grotto and West Virginia Department of Natural Resources will be hosting an Orientation to Cave Rescue Class. The cost for the class is $45.00. You will find information on what an OCR class is below. The class will take place at the WVDNR Offices located off of Ward Road in Elkins, West Virginia. Class starts at 8:00AM on Saturday.
