Notes General:
i) The actual composition of this Recovery Force is unknown, except that the USS Wasp and the USS Papago were involved. The rest of the ships have been copied from Gemini 9A, the replacement mission. The mission was scrubbed when, after launch, the Agena target
rocket failed when its rocket engine swiveled out of control, sending the Agena rocket into the Atlantic Ocean.

Notes Other:
1) From the collection of Steve Durst (also the CC cover)
2) From the collection of Tom Steiner
