Notes:
1) There is some confusion on the naming of the missions on 25 October and 16 December 1965. The first was Gemini 6 and is also referred to as GTA-6 (Gemini-Titan-Agena 6). This mission was aborted. The replacement mission was named Gemini 6-A by NASA, but is often, incorrectly, just referred to as Gemini 6. Even the Beck and Beck designed Navy cachets refer to it as GT-6! In fact, NASA used Roman Numerals for Gemini and therefore the missions are actually Gemini VI and Gemini VI-A.
