In order to compete in today's Winston Cup scene, you have to have resources.  You need to employ the best mechanics, body men, developers, researchers and yes even cooks.  Richard Childress Racing (RCR) does just that.  How else could he have turned out 7 Winston Cup Championships??  Yes, he employs Dale Earnhardt, perhaps the best all time Nascar driver yet.  But Dale also needs a car that will compete, has the horses and a setup to get him around the track.  RCR is a major player in Winston Cup racing.
