Learn How to "Slide-bait" for Ulua |
  Spent this day looking for uhu (parrotfish). Throw in some chopped up carrots, onions, and lup cheong (oriental sausage), then slap on the mayonnaise. Bake for an hour and a half...oh yeah!  It's always a special trip when everyone gets a fish.  This was Joe Kailiponi's first ulua.
