Here's a NOS Norelco mercury vapor lamp, circa 1978. Since this lamp was a close copy of the European Philips mercury lamps, it looks very similar to the current Philips mercury vapor lamps still being manufactured. As you can see, like GE, Norelco also used the E shape. Quality of the Norelco mercury lamps was alright, but not nearly as good as Westinghouse. This lamp has the American E-39 mogul screw base, but some Norelco mercury lamps did have the European E-40 base, even though they were intended for use in the USA.
