This company was founded in 1994 by Giancarlo when he won the the 649 Lottery. Since he didn't have anything else to really spend the money on, he purchased a new chess set and poured the remaining money into creating JMB Construction. But Giancarlo couldn't do it alone and he needed partners to help him manage the company. He hired Bryan McFarlane, a well known marketing professional that helped tell the world that JMB is the best construction company in the business. The other person that was hired is Mark Keifets, he is a expert in construction and design and helped rebuild some of the Russian Kremlin in Moscow. In 1996, JMB Construction started construction of the biggest project they ever had, Constructing a National Museum for the country of Britian.
