I Alfred W. Harrill being of sound mind do make this my last will and testament. My property both real and personal is to be equally divided between my children. Some of my children have had some advances and that must be accounted for. Juda Thorn sold her interest in my estate to J.B. Harrill and also D.B.F. Harrill has sold his interest in my estate to J.B. Harrill.
I do hereby appoint my son J.B. Harrill my executor to wind up my estate and pay all just debts and all surplus is to be divided among my children that haven't taken up their part.
