At first, I was good friends with Wang Jinrey and Jinpachi Mishima (Heihachi's father). After Jinpachi passed away, I stayed close to the Mishima Ziabatsu and to Heihachi who had inherited the business.

I also belonged to a tribe of people known as "The Jaguar People. The Jaguar People coveted a sacred and powerful mask that was eventually given to King whom did not belong to the Jaguar People. I was outraged. I wanted that mask and he had gotten it and wasn't even a member of the Jaguar People. Because of my anger, I attacked King without the other Jaguar People knowing. He clawed until he had taken my eye. That is how I lost my eye.

Months passed and King had made himself known in the wrestling circles. He had even surpassed my fame. I went to Heihachi in hopes he could restore my eye, as he did. But I wanted more. I also wanted revenge on King for what he had did. Heihachi then invited King to The Iron Fist Tournament and arranged it so he and I would meet.

King made his way through his opponents as expected, and then he was faced me. The two of us fought harder than we had ever fought in our lives and I had him defeated, but rather than finish him, I gave my hand to him to let him know that I now knew he was worthy of the mask. I then left the Mishima Ziabatsu for good.

It wasn't long after that one of the children at King's orphanage had died. This upset him terribly and King gave me the mask and became a hermit. I followed him without him knowing. I watched him waste his life by drowning his sorrows in alcohol. Then one day, I followed him as he passed out in an alley on the way home from a bar. When he awoke, he was in my home. I took him in and reminded him what is was in the first place that he was living for, the children.

But the money we would make from wrestling wasn't enough to keep his orphanage open. That's when we heard about the King of Iron Fist Tournament Two. The prize money was so huge that we both entered in hopes that at least one of us would win enough money to save the orphanage.

While neither of us won the tournament, we did earn enough money to keep the orphanage open. A young boy at the orphanage greatly admired King. This boy would later be known as King The 2nd.

Then, rumors of great martial artists disappearing all over the world began to spread. As Toshin came to claim King's soul, King was severely wounded and was killed, however Toshin did not claim his soul.

King's death occured when the boy was 24. This upset him greatly. He put on King's mask and assumed the role as his successor, in order to honor his mentor and save the orphanage.

He had only watched King and really was incapable of fulfilling the legend, but I, knowing who killed King, felt an obligation to prepare him for a rightful revenge.

After four years, he had become a skillful wrestler. I finally felt it was the right time to tell him that it was the God of Fighting that had claimed King's life. I broke down in tears as I told the story to him.

It was after the King Of Iron Fist Tournament 3. One day, a man started a bar brawl in Arizona. As a result I was murdered.
