We are well versed in the laws of the State of Tennessee, and each repossession is preformed within the laws of our State. We handle each repossession in a responsible, professional manner, without breaking the law.
We do not re-assign accounts, accumulate mileage, or long distance phone calls. *(Out of state & out of area accounts excluded.)
We are able to remain firm, but in a respectful and civil manner. We understand that even though a client sends us a repossession order, the debtor is still a customer of that client. We have excellent customer service, and a quick recovery rate.
