They March On

Our American soldiers are a unique bunch.
They march side by side, to breakfast and to lunch.
Never missing a beat, they keep marching, steady on their feet.

Side by side they stand, all across our land.
From the hills of Tennessee, they march on for you and me.

They hear of their baby being born, and yes their heart is torn.
But, they know what they must do, march on for their little ones, that will someday fill their shoes.

They march on through all kinds of weather.
Side by side they march on together.
Screaming a cadence that sounds like no others, they march on, an army of brothers.

Marching on isn’t easy, for they march on to war.
There have been so many soldiers going on before.
Paving the way for others, they march on, sisters and brothers.

To all the veterans that were there before, we thank you, for evermore.
March on brave soldiers for you have a job to do, and know we are all very proud of you.

TO ALL OF OUR SOLDIERS, WE ARE PROUD OF YOU. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE TO OUR GREAT COUNTRY. YOU ARE ALL AMERICAS HEROS.
