Athletics may sound like a very easy sport - anyone
could finish a 100-metre dash or throw a javelin.
But to be a good athlete, skills and tough training are
indispensable. That is why two training sessions are
provided every day: fitness training during lunch-break and
skills training after school. Not only do our athletes get
to better their skills, they also have a chance to socialize
and relax after a whole day of schoolwork.
With the hard work and enthusiasm of our team, the
dedication and continuous support of our headmistress,
Mrs S. Lau, our teachers-in-charge, Mr Tang and Mrs Santos,
this will surely be a fruitful year.
