Who can "recruit" new members?

Every member that reaches the level of Cmdor., but have to follow the rules below.

How to join?

The faster way to join PCO is to ask directly to the members or send an e-mail to the fleet HQ.
We have no particular limitation (until now) to accept people in the fleet, but they MUST accept fleet rules and have to be correct and good fighters.
New members data, such as name, name of ship and e-mail, have to be sent to this address together with the name of the member of the fleet that has invited them to join.
Every member have the responsibility of his own actions and of the ones of the people they get in. So, be aware!
